Lauren has been Dancing for more than 30 years and teaching professionally now for the last 15 years. Getting to teach all over the UK, Ireland and Internationally in China and the United Arab Emirates. Also very fortunate to have taught over 100 wedding couples and countless Hen/Stag parties for many different companies freelance over the years including Go experience, First Dance UK, Bespoke, NV Dance & Dance Glasgow.

I also trained at Aerial Edge Circus school in Glasgow and have been performing Fire professionally since 2014.
